Should I register?

It is mandatory to have a Aika account to shop your favourite Aika outfits. Having a Aika account not only entitles you to special offers, but also helps you maintain a record of your previous orders, track your current order and makes checkout quicker and easier. To register
enter your email ID on the “My Account - Register” link on our website.

How do I sign in?

To sign into your account, simply use the “My Account- Sign in” link on our website. If you
have any other troubles, email us at care@Aika.com and we’ll get back to you within 24
business hours.

I forgot my password.

Do not worry! Select Forgot Password next to the password field and follow on screen
instructions.

Can I place International order?

Yes. Currently we are shipping to Europe, USA, UK, Canada, UAE, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia and India.

How do I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, click on the “My Account” link on our website. This will
take you to your "My Account - Orders" page, where you can view the status of your order.

Can I cancel my order? How should I do it?

You can cancel an order as long as we have not packed it for you. To cancel your order, click
on "View your order" link on your order confirmation email. This will take you to your
"Orders" page, where your can cancel your order. Once an order has left the warehouse, it
cannot be cancelled. Should you no longer want your purchase after placing the order, you
will need to submit a return request and send the unwanted items back once the order has
been received. Aika cannot be held liable for the reimbursement of any shipping costs for
change of mind purchases or due to the submission of incorrect shipping details when
placing your order. Please ensure you check all shipping details carefully before submitting
your order.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, you can exchange your order but only to a different size of the same product through
return and exchange process.

What if Aika delivers damaged or wrong product?

This is unlikely however, in case you receive a damaged/wrong product; please write to us on care@Aika.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. Concern will be assessed and a solution will be offered. The product may be replaced or other corrective measures may be taken to address the issue.

* Payments and Refunds

What payment methods can i choose from?

We accept Master Card, Visa credit, debit and other credit cards. We also have an option of net banking, wallets.

My transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account. What should I do?

We regret the inconvenience caused. Please email us your transaction details at
care@Aika.com and we will look into it immediately. If your money has not reached us, it will surely be refunded back to your account.

Can I pay in EMIs?

No, we do not offer EMI option.

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven't
paid for your order. For payments made via prepaid methods you will receive refund into the
source account within 7-10 business days from the time of order cancellation.

Are there any charges for return?

There are no charges for returns if your area is serviceable for return pickup by our courier
partners. In case your area is not serviceable, you can still return the product by shipping it
to us at your own expenses.

I just returned my order. When will I receive my refund?

If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective
product), we will replace the product or reimburse the full invoice value as per customer
demand.

Store Credit - We add amount equal to the product value to your ' Aika Account ' . You can
use this credit amount when you reach the cart/payment page of the website during your
next purchase with us. Store Credit will be issued only after we receive back the product and
validate the return. Store credit once issued cannot be refunded back in Bank/Card/Wallet
etc.

Who will deliver my order?

We ship through registered courier companies professional courier & DTDC Delivery it . Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us.

Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order. At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the
package.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of placing the order.
Your order will be delivered to you within 2-10 days depending on your location.

What if I want my order to be delivered ASAP?

Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery.

If I have placed two separate orders, can you combine the orders and offer me reduced shipping

Unfortunately, once your orders are placed we cannot combine multiple orders. Shipping will be applicable on every new order.

What if I miss my delivery?

Our courier partner will try to attempt delivering your order thrice; each attempt on a consecutive day. So if you have missed the delivery please do not worry, we will try to make an attempt again to deliver your Aika outfit to you.

The delivery address I mentioned is incorrect.

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the
wrong delivery address is provided, we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods.
Please ensure you check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order.

I placed my order from outside India, can I return my product?

Unfortunately we don't accept international returns.

Is my product eligible for return?

We adopt a 7-days policy as long as the returned product/s are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags.

How do I return my product?

We offer our customers a simple, hassle-free, Reverse Pick-up policy. Our policy is thoughtfully designed to ease up the process, save time and make you feel reassured about
your order.

To return a product, go to the 'Raise a Exchange policy' section on the website and please follow the screen instructions.

Important things to keep in mind while sending back the product for return:

♦ All items must have the original tags, and should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
with no smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent.

♦ All items should be free of make-up or tan marks

♦ Please ensure correct pieces for return are handed over to the delivery executive. We take no liability in case incorrect piece is handed over.

Is my area serviceable for return?

We strive to service all pin codes in India for forward and reverse delivery. But don't worry,
even if your pin code is not serviceable, you can still return the product by shipping it to us.

When will the return be picked up?

Once we receive your return request, we will initiate the reverse pick-up to our courier
partner, who will pick up the product from your doorstep within 24- 48 hours. Our courier
partner will make three attempts to pick-up the product for return. Please note that the field
executive for delivery and pick-ups are different.

Why is my return not accepted?

Once we receive the product, we will check it for being unused, unwashed, and undamaged
and also have the original tags/packaging in place. In case the received item does not meet
the above conditions, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
