We adopt a 3-day policy as long as the product/s are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags.
Only the size of the same product can be exchanged.

To exchange a product, go to the ' Raise an Exchange policy ' section on the website and

please follow the screen instructions:

Important things to keep in mind while choosing a product for an exchange: 

*All items must have the original tags and should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant, or detergent.
*All items should be free of make-up or tan marks
*Please ensure the correct piece is handed over to the delivery executive. Once the product is picked up from your venue, a different product will be dispatched from the warehouse and will be delivered to you.
