Shipping, Return & Refund Policy
At Aika The Label, we aim to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.
We currently shipping across India on all prepaid and COD orders.
ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH
- All orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days of order placement.
(Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.) - Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1–4 business days, depending on your location.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking details.
DELIVERY TIME
- Total delivery time = Order processing time (2–4 days) + Transit time (1–4 days).
- We work with reliable courier partners to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
PAYMENT OPTION
You can place orders on www.aikathelabel.com using:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Online Payments (UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets)
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your Aika purchase!
If something isn’t right, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Returns must include photo or video proof in case of defects, damage, or missing articles.
- If the outer packaging is damaged or the return tag loop seal is broken, please do not accept the delivery.
Once accepted, such orders will not be eligible for return. - All returned items go through a quality check before refunds or exchanges are processed.
HOW TO RAISE A RETURN
- Log in to your Aika account → go to My Profile → Orders → Return/Exchange.
- For guest checkout users, scroll to the website footer and click Request Return, then enter your order details.
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, attach a clear photo/video as proof.
- Once approved, we’ll schedule a pickup within 48 hours of your request.
- Please pack the items properly in their original packaging and hand them to the courier. (A quality check will be done during pickup.)
REFUNDS
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned items pass our quality check.
- Refunds are issued to your original mode of payment or as Aika store credits.
- For COD orders, refunds can be processed as:

Bank/UPI refund (via secure payment link shared post pickup).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We’re delighted to offer worldwide delivery through our trusted logistics partners.
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Bank Transfer (in INR; currency conversion charges to be borne by the customer)
Shipping Charges
International shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination country, and
- Weight/volume of the package.
DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIMELINE
- Orders are dispatched within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
- Made-to-order or customized products may take slightly longer (you’ll be notified via email).
- Delivery takes approximately 7–15 business days from dispatch, depending on customs and location.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
- All international orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
EXCHANGES
We accept exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.
You can raise an exchange via your account dashboard or the Request Return link in the footer.
Conditions for Exchange:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Exchange is allowed for size or product issues (subject to stock availability).
- International orders are not eligible for exchange.
- Return shipping charges (if applicable) are borne by the customer.
CANCELLATIONS
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing an order.
- Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
- To cancel, please email us at aikathelabel2024@gmail.com with your order number.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
CANCELLATIONS BY AIKA
We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
- Product out of stock or unavailable.
- Errors in pricing or product information.
- Payment or verification issues.
In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to the customer’s original payment method.
POLICY FOR MISSING / INCORRECT ORDERS
We take utmost care to ensure every order is correct and complete.
However, in the rare event of missing or incorrect items:
- Please report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Do not accept delivery if the package is open, damaged, or tampered with.

- Pictures of the items received.
- Our team will investigate and resolve the issue within 7 business days.
