Exchange Policy

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags.

Only one exchange/return per order is allowed.

Exchanges are issued as Store Credit (Gift Card), valid for 13 months.

Items purchased using Store Credit cannot be exchanged or returned again.

Products that do not pass QC will be sent back to you.

Return Policy

Returns are issued as Store Credit (Gift Card), valid for 13 months.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


How to Apply

Visit our Return/Exchange Portal.

Enter your Order Number and registered email/contact.

Select the item, choose the reason, and upload images (mandatory for defective/wrong items).

Choose Store Credit as your refund option.

Submit your request.

Requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours.

Once approved, pickup happens in 1–3 working days.

Store Credit will be issued 2–3 working days after pickup (after deducting the ₹100 reverse pickup fee)

Note: Please take a photo/video while handing over the parcel to the courier. Only hand over the item approved for pickup.


Important Points

Reverse pickup fee: ₹100 (deducted from Store Credit).

If your QC request is rejected, you may contact us on WhatsApp for clarification.

If your package shows “Delivered” but hasn’t reached you, notify us within 3 days (72 hours). Courier companies do not accept complaints after this period.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Dispatch: Orders placed (Monday–Saturday) are shipped with 24 hours

Orders placed on Sunday are dispatched on the next business day.

Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Preorder items: If an item is marked as Preorder, the estimated dispatch timeline will be clearly mentioned on the Product Detail Page (PDP).

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

Standard delivery time: 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

Within Tamilnadu: Customers in Tamilnadu can opt for Next-Day Delivery at checkout (subject to serviceable pin codes).

Shipping cost: Standard shipping is ₹150 across India. Any Express/NCR next-day charges will be shown at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders up to ₹10,000

Tracking details will be shared via SMS, Email, and WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
